Who we are
Experience rooted in communities
Qudurat Foundation is a Libyan NGO legally established in 2025. It builds on the field experience of its leadership and implementation team, previously operating through Kafaa Foundation since 2016.
Our purpose is practical: help communities respond to immediate needs while developing the local skills, systems and partnerships required for long-term progress.
We combine local knowledge with disciplined project delivery, transparent coordination and solutions designed to remain useful after a project ends.

A delivery record across humanitarian and development programmes
The Qudurat team’s earlier implementation history includes food assistance, cash-based transfers, vocational training, data collection and agricultural programming across West, Central and South Libya.
Previous implementation and coordination experience
The team has worked on programmes involving WFP, IOM, DRC, ICU, CIHEAM Bari and REACH, among others.

Qudurat is supporting coordination around a municipality-led festival designed to celebrate Yefren’s agricultural identity while creating practical opportunities for local farmers, producers, youth and small enterprises.
